Virtual Terminal
The TELEDRAFT Virtual Payment Terminal makes it easy to process payments received over the Telephone or by Mail or as the result of an executed subscription or service agreement.
There is no software to buy or install and no programming or set up process. The system is easy to use by following the simple user guide or calling customer service for live, personal training.
To use the Virtual Terminal, simply go to www.teledraft.com and log into the TELEDRAFT System and open the Virtual Terminal. Enter the applicable payment information for the buyer and click submit. Your transaction will be processed instantly.
There is a Virtual Terminal Application for ACH processing only and for combined ACH and credit card acceptance.
Direct from the Virtual Terminal you can access a wide array of reports. You can see the status of your transactions, the details on each payment and Payer and if any ACH items have been returned. You can generate daily, weekly or month end reports and import the appropriate details into your QuickBooks® or other accounting or customer management systems.
When servicing face to face environments where credit card payments are accepted directly from cardholders, an inexpensive magnetic card reader can be attached to any USB port on the merchant’s computer. When cards are present for the purchase, they can be swiped through the reader and a receipt with the signature printed. This allows these payments to clear the card associations at a much lower interchange rate thereby reducing the overall cost of payments. Additionally, the provision of the magnetic stripe data, cardholder address and signature, make it easier to contest any customer chargebacks.
Any of the Check Verification Solutions or IdCHEK can be used in concert with the Virtual Terminal.
