TotalCHEK is a solution unique to TELEDRAFT. TotalCHEK offers the most comprehensive and economical means available today to insure the quality and integrity of an ACH transaction and indicate the likelihood that an item will successfully clear the Payer’s bank.

TotalCHEK is an application wherein the verification processes of ReliaCHEK and AssureCHEK and completed in tandem. Therefore, TotalCHEK can give the merchant the highest possible degree of confidence in the payment.

Both the “National Shared Database” of checking account data is queried but also “National Negative Check Writer’s Database”. These dual inquiries act to not only verify the integrity of the bank account but also the presence of negative check writing activity on the part of the account holder.

There is no expense, investment or resources required to activate TotalCHEK or any of the verification solutions. They act upon receipt of the payment by the TELEDRAFT System. Therefore, utilization of the TELEDRAFT Web Services API or Gateway will facilitate the verification services. They can be activated or deactivated at the merchant’s option.
