The TELEDRAFT Billing solutions are designed to make it easy, secure and economical for businesses and organizations to process periodic electronic customer billings. This is in situations where the client’s accounting or billing system is calculating the balances due from each customer at a given time or on a given cycle and then have these amounts charged to (collected from) the customer via ACH or Credit Card.

Due to PCI/DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Requirements) it may not be practical for the client’s system to store cardholder data. In this case the cardholder and/or checking account information would be stored securely and compliantly on the TELEDRAFT system and charges would be initiated to card accounts on file once the billing file containing the customer numbers is passed to the TELEDRAFT System. This system makes the billing process simple, secure and compliant.
