AssureCHEK is designed to check the account against a national database  of negative checking account activity.

AssureCHEK queries the nation’s largest database of checking account activity consisting of over 22 million negative records and over 138 million positive records. The database indicates if the account has one or more outstanding NSF or unpaid items posted against it, whether that account has a positive or negative check writing history and whether a check has been presented more than once which is normally and indicator of attempted fraud.
